Delivery & Returns
At DK Global we've made our delivery charges as simple as possible. We aim to process and despatch all orders within 2 working days. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse by our transport company, it will then be delivered within 2 working days to your delivery address. Please note that orders outside of Bulgaria may take 2-4 working days to deliver. You will receive a despatch notification via e-mail stating when your order will be delivered.
Please note that we don't use refrigerated transport. Please bear this in mind when ordering goods such as chocolate which may be vulnerable to damage through exposure to heat. We are not liable for damages such as this during transport.
Please note that it is vital that someone is at your delivery address to confirm receipt of your order. Our transport company will then require a signature to complete the delivery. Deliveries will be between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This excludes bank holidays. Deliveries can be made to both business and residential addresses. We despatch all orders on pallets so our transport company will only be able to deliver to places with easy access or a loading bay. Drivers will not unload the goods and deliver into a shop/building. They can deliver to flats/office blocks but someone will be required to unload from the ground floor/kerbside level. If our transport company are unable to deliver to your address because no-one is present to sign for it, it will be returned to the nearest depot and further charges will occur to have the delivery re-attempted. If there are any special requirements regarding your delivery address, please ensure that you inform us of them before you place your order as a surcharge may incur.
Upon delivery, you will be required to sign a delivery note (POD).. Please note that you have 20 minutes to check in your delivery when it arrives. No credit notes or refunds can be given if the delivery is signed for as correct or unchecked. Any shortages or damages must be notified by e-mail to within 24 hours of receipt or a claim will not be valid. Please provide photographic evidence, where applicable, and a copy of the signed delivery note to support your claim.
Our online returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unopened and/or unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
